What to bring:
• Blanket, floor pillow/pad, yoga mat, back support/floor chairs welcome!
•Water bottle and a Snack or Dish to share.
• Flowers for the Alter
• Pen.. journal if wanted. or paper
• Any personal grounding items or items to add to the collective altar during ceremony
• An open mind and a willingness to show up let loose, play, be seen and surrender to the process.
