We will be offering free group activities, free individual services, and free plant based food offered by the Nithyanandeshwara Hindu Temple of Los Angeles.

Bring an instrument/drum, yoga mat or chair, and join us for food, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, drumming, dancing, activities for children, healing, and much more!
